Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were bright, large, and contemporary with an in-room iPad for information and controls, but cleanliness issues like stains on the carpet and furniture were a downside. However, being on the 12th floor with magnificent harbor views was a definite highlight.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet, although the open area bathroom setup might not suit everyone, especially if you prefer more privacy. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, particularly the receptionists Caitlin and Portia who were always professional. The location was very central, making it easy to explore the beauty of Sydney on foot. The dining experience was good, with fantastic coffee and a decent menu selection. However, the rooms were a bit smaller than I anticipated, and the breakfast options were somewhat limited.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were well-appointed. The small gestures from housekeeping made our stay special, and I especially appreciated the spare towels and shampoos for us two girls with long hair. However, the open area bathroom design could be awkward if you're not alone. Overall, a lovely experience.
The room, though small, had a lovely view of top quality furnishings overlooking the Sydney harbor bridge, opera house, and some of the harbor. It was slightly noisy due to its proximity behind the lift. The service was fantastic, with inclusions like a doona instead of blankets, free items from the minibar, free yoga classes, gym access, breakfast, Nespresso machine in the rooms, and more. The staff were incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable, even organizing an extra bed on short notice. The location was superb, offering easy access to downtown and key attractions, albeit being noisy on weekends. Dining at the hotel restaurant was excellent value with high-quality dishes.
I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably presented and offered a beautiful terrace view. Plus, it's a great value compared to staying in the CBD with just a short train ride to Martin Place. The breakfast was a highlight too, being plentiful and delicious, with a nice variety of options. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.
The hotel is ideally situated within easy reach of Sydney's best eateries, nightlife, and corporate headquarters. The rooms are spacious, with a large bathroom, but noise from the elevator and outside conversations could be bothersome at times. Unfortunately, the room wasn't ready at check-in time.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully appointed and comfortable, offering a great night's sleep. The service was top-notch, making our visit truly special. The location was ideal for exploring Sydney, though the dining options were limited. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent value for money.
The hotel is ideally suited for single travelers, offering two complimentary items from the mini-bar in the rooms, and a very nice, large, and varied breakfast, but lacks a shelf in the shower for amenities.
