My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were bright, large, and contemporary with an in-room iPad for information and controls, but cleanliness issues like stains on the carpet and furniture were a downside. However, being on the 12th floor with magnificent harbor views was a definite highlight.

The small gestures from housekeeping made our stay special, and I especially appreciated the spare towels and shampoos for us two girls with long hair. The room, though small, had a lovely view of top quality furnishings overlooking the Sydney harbor bridge, opera house, and some of the harbor. It was slightly noisy due to its proximity behind the lift. The service was fantastic, with inclusions like a doona instead of blankets, free items from the minibar, free yoga classes, gym access, breakfast, Nespresso machine in the rooms, and more. The staff were incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable, even organizing an extra bed on short notice. The location was superb, offering easy access to downtown and key attractions, albeit being noisy on weekends. Dining at the hotel restaurant was excellent value with high-quality dishes.
